PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NEED SERIAL OR USB AND NOT ETHERNET OR WIRELESS. Before you order please check with your software vendor if you can use either RS232 or USB. If not please do not order this model. The usb port can become deactivated. There are several videos online that show how to activate the USB port on a TM-T88V printer.
